To ensure the success of your implementation a
dedicated Project Lead will be assigned to your project. As your single
point of contact, the Project Lead will be fully responsible for
understanding your needs and ensuring the system delivered contains the
business rules you have defined.
Phase 1: Requirements Gathering
During the first phase the Project Lead and
Application Engineer will work one on one with you to develop the
functional specification, which will detail the configuration of your
time and attendance system.
Phase 2: System Configuration and Testing
Continuing with the same dedicated team, the
Application Engineer will configure the system while the Project Lead
will be responsible for testing.
Phase 3: Training, Acceptance, and "Go Live"
Provect’s trainers work on-site to train
users on day-to-day usage of the system and its capabilities. Following
training the Project Lead will be on-site to assist with hands-on
support during the "Go Live" process.
