Laborview Group Timesheet is a web-based application used to administer Time and Attendance across the enterprise. The application assigns labor, pay rules and rate calculations real-time. The centralized approach to time management provides managers up to the moment detail on all labor and operational costs.
Laborview Personal is a personal timesheet that empowers the employee beyond the simple "punch" transactions. This product allows the employee full control or view only access to their personal time records. This includes schedules, absences, planning calendars, labor charges, and information review. This is also applicable to salaried employees who want to use the absence tracking and accrual verification on absence entries, and need to allocate their time for project costing.
Laborview EIC is a PC or web-based employee information center. All information is displayed real-time from the Laborview database. It can provide employees important information concerning their job as well as information regarding pay and accruals. It also administers schedule anomalies such as shift trades and overtime signup by completely eliminating the paper trail and manual processes that occur in today's environment.
Laborview IVR allows employees to call in absences, lateness, and punches. It can be used to retrieve payroll and accrual information as well as submit leave requests. The application immediately updates the Laborview Group Timesheet for review by the supervisors / managers.
Integrated Security validation can be enforced through utilizing biometric technology to validate employee identification against a secured database as well as employee scheduled work time in real-time at data collection terminals or security check points. Alerts are immediately generated signifying employee non-compliance with their schedule or identification.
