  • Overtime Equalization -  The system automates the accurate distribution of overtime. Policy rules allow the system to establish where each employee belongs and weighs the overtime balances based upon policy or contract rules

  • Scalability-  The Laborview system can scale to over one hundred thousand of employees being processed.
